Movala is a two-tower development by the Stober Group at 3340 Lakeshore Road, with towers rising 10 and 14 storeys above a shared podium of retail and amenity space. The project totals 325 units of condos and townhomes, with completion expected in 2026.
The Lakeshore Road address puts Movala steps from Gyro Beach, Pandosy Village's restaurants and boutiques, and the Lower Mission lakeshore path network — a walkable position similar to South Pandosy but on the Lower Mission side of the boundary.
As a pre-completion development, Movala doesn't have resale history yet — pricing here still reflects presale contracts rather than an open resale market. Once units start closing and reselling, we'll be tracking Movala the same way we track every other named building in this area.
